Whether you are running 1 miner or 1000s we are your one stop shop for replacement parts and supplies to get your operation running and maximize uptime.

Can I apply credits on the Parts Store?
No you cannot apply credits to the Parts Store at this time. We are exploring expanding credits to the part store.
Can I apply offers on the Parts Store?
No you cannot apply offer codes to the Parts Store at this time. We are exploring expanding offers to the part store.
Do I have to have a Compass Account to purchase from the Parts Store?
No, you do not have to have a Compass Account to purchase parts from us. Anybody can purchase parts from the parts store.
Can I get discounts off of products on the Parts Store?
For larger orders we can offer discounts off parts store orders. Inquire about bulk orders by reaching out to sales or completing our Accelerated by Compass Form.
What do I do if a Mining Product is not listed?
If a part that you are interested in is not listed changes are we can get a hold of it. We source many of our parts through are facility and vendor partners and chances are we can get a hold of unlisted parts to support your operation. Inquire about unlisted parts by reaching out to sales or completing our Accelerated by Compass Form.
Is there a Maximum QTY of order?
There is not a Maximum qty order on parts but be aware that larger orders may take longer to procure and ship. We recommend reaching out to sales or completing our Accelerated by Compass Form for large orders to ensure you get the best rate and can properly estimate shipping time and costs.
What payment methods to you accept?
We currently accept Bitcoin, Lightning, Credit and Debit Cards on our Parts Store. We are looking to expand our payment methods based on the feedback we get.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipments will typically arrive at your house in 2-4 weeks time depending on size. Larger orders may take longer. We will communicate this in the order messaging.
