Reservation IDs are very important when filling out support tickets. Providing this to our team helps us find proper resolution to your support tickets. This article is intended to help you understand and locate Reservation ID's.
Where can I find my reservation ID?
The Reservation ID can be found in two locations:
- Billing Tab
- Order Tracker Tab
Reservation IDs can be found under Billing within your customer Dashboard. Looking under Outstanding Invoices or Payment History & Credits you can find your reservation IDs for any bill. Clicking on the magnified glass will provide additional details on the bill and will display the Reservation ID.
Reservation IDs can be found under Order Tracker within your customer Dashboard. If you have multiple orders with Compass you will see a list of reservation IDs. It is important to provide accurate IDs, if able, because this will speed up the ticket resolution.
