What is a payment plan?
Payment Plans allow customers to spread out hardware costs over time. The hardware page highlights eligible miners, and the terms and associated costs can be reviewed at checkout.
Where can I see my remaining balance?
Customers who purchase hardware using a payment plan can review their remaining balance on the outstanding invoices page. This page will show all future payments with their corresponding due dates. Customers can make the payments in advance if they like.
Do I still have to make my payments if the miner is offline for repair, relocation, or curtailment?
Customers are still responsible for paying payment plan invoices on time, even if the unit is offline for repair, relocation, or curtailment. The payment plan is linked to the hardware cost, and the payment plan invoices will be payable per schedule independent of your miner's hosting status.
What happens if I don't pay my monthly bill on time?
The Compass Mining Dashboard's Outstanding Invoices page displays all current and upcoming invoices. Customers who fail to pay their bills by the due date will incur late fees and risk having their miners disconnected, forfeited, or their hosting contract terminated. We strongly recommend reviewing Section 5.4 of the Compass Hosting Service Agreement for a comprehensive list of potential consequences of delinquency. To avoid this possibility, review your invoices as soon as they are issued, then promptly pay them or contact the support team if you feel there is an error.
Can I sell my miners on the marketplace?
