Compass Mining offers the option to apply Automatic Payments to your Hosting invoices. Hosting invoices are a flat rate for each of your miners based on the miner's rated power consumption and hosting agreement. This is billed monthly and can be paid automatically using our Automatic Payment feature.

How do I set up automatic payments?
Automatic payments can be set up logging into your Compass Dashboard and visiting the Billing section.
Which invoices will automatic payments cover?
Automatic payments will cover Hosting invoices. Any hardware, repair or miscellaneous payments will need to be paid manually.
When do I need to set up automatic payments to ensure the months hosting invoices are paid?
Automatic payments needs to be set up and enabled by the 22nd of each month. Payments will process on the 23rd and will be charged on the 24th. Any automatic payment set up after the 22nd will cover the following months hosting invoices. Dates will be adjusted to the following business day if payments are made on the weekend.
Will automatic payments cover late invoices?
No, late invoices will need to be paid manually. Additionally automatic payments only covers hosting invoices. Any hardware, repair or miscellaneous payments will need to be paid manually.
Will I be notified if a payment fails?
Customers will be notified if a payment has failed within 24-48 hours via email. This will give the customer time to manually pay the invoice(s) and fix their automatic payment(s) before the following billing cycle.
What automatic payment options are available?
Currently we only offer automatic payments using ACH. We plan to include additional options in the future.
