What is the Compass Mining Refer & Earn Program?
The Refer & Earn Program rewards customers for inviting family, friends and colleagues to host with Compass Mining. As a referrer, you earn rewards, and the person you refer receives a discount on their first purchase.
How do I participate in the program?
You can participate in the referral program in 3 easy steps:
- Sign up and complete KYC: Log in to your Compass Mining account and follow the instructions to complete the Know Your Customer requirements on the “Refer & Earn” page
- Share your referral code: Copy your Referral code and share it with your friends and family.

Earn rewards: When a new user buys hardware over $1000 in their first order using your referral code, you earn a commission, and they get a discount on their first order.
What rewards do referrers receive?
You will earn 3% of a referred user's first hardware purchase.
What do newly referred users receive?
New users who make their first purchase with a referral code will receive a $100 discount on their first purchase of mining hardware worth more than $1,000.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit! You can invite an unlimited number of users.
How can I track my referrals and earnings?
You can access a dashboard in your Compass Mining account to monitor your referral rewards. The refer & earn dashboard provides an overview of all your referral rewards and their status. The rewards will be visible on your dashboard soon after your referral code is used to make a purchase. The rewards will become spendable after one month.
How are rewards paid out?
Rewards are paid out as Compass Mining Credits one month after the referred customer’s order is placed.
Who can join the Refer & Earn program and refer new customers?
The program is open to all Compass Mining customers who have completed KYC.
Are there any restrictions on who can be referred?
Only customers who have not previously made a purchase on the Compass Mining platform are eligible to use referral codes for a $100 discount on their initial order, provided that the hardware cost exceeds $1,000.
Are there any prohibited actions within the program?
Yes, the following actions are prohibited:
- Spam, automated bots, or fraudulent traffic (e.g., fake accounts or clicks).
- Paid ads using Compass Mining’s brand without prior approval.
Violations of these rules will result in disqualification from the program.
