Prior to any miner hosting purchase, Compass provides an estimated online date on the lower right hand corner of the product's card on the Hardware Page.
Estimated online dates are also displayed on the Compass Dashboard by going through the following navigation: Dashboard -> Order Tracker.
You can see the estimated online date and tracking updates for your ASIC(s) with each reservation. Once your miner is online, the start mining date will appear for each reservation.
Delays can happen due to factors outside our control. The estimated online date means the miner is likely to go online on that date, but it’s not guaranteed.
