- Enter your username and password or click “Sign Up” to create an account.
Create A Repair Ticket
- Select support
- Select Warranty and Repair
- Select Create a Repair Ticket
- Select Create a Repair Ticket
- Select Add Device and complete the popup form.
- Complete Logistics Information with accurate tracking number.
- Select + New Address and complete the popup form.
- Select your Repair Site Information
- Complete Return Logistics information.
- Fill out any remarks with repair details
- Read and agree to Terms
- Press Submit
- Ship the Unit within 15 Days of Ticket Submission.
