In most cases when you have a miner shipped to your home from compass, either through a AHM order or by other means It DOES NOT come with cables. This is because everybody's at home set up is unique and will require different power cables.
Some of the Whatsminers come with power cables designed for Chinese plugs. These will not work in North America.
